With a background in community-based participatory research and behavioural science, my work has always been grounded in meaningful relationships. I bring this collaborative approach to my work with over a decade of experience guiding partners and organizations through complex change.

Working across sectors such as health, education, community, government, and academia, I use action research, design thinking, engagement strategies, and evaluation approaches to help partners close the gaps between ideas, evidence and action.

I believe that approaching the challenges of today with a collective mindset helps align diverse partners, uncover new possibilities, and accelerate decision-making that creates lasting change.
